The machine body is welded from high-quality steel plates and subsequently annealed at high temperature to completely relieve internal stress, ensuring the machine's rigidity and precision remain stable. The core technology of the GP2 is its symmetrically arranged 5-axis eccentric gear transmission, which maximizes the distance between pressure points. This design, combined with extra-long 8-sided slide guides, provides superior resistance to eccentric loads, ensuring perfect product quality even with large and complex dies.

⚙️ ① 5-Axis Eccentric Gear Transmission

The drive system uses 5 axes to maximize the distance between the left-right pressure points, significantly enhancing the machine's anti-eccentric load capacity. The system utilizes a two-level speed reduction gearset: the high-speed stage uses herringbone gears, and the low-speed stage uses spur gears. The main gears and connecting rods are located inside the crossbeam. The entire system is lubricated by an automatic circulating thin oil system, ensuring smooth, precise, and durable operation.

The slide is guided by an extra-long 8-sided guiding system, with adjustable clearances to achieve the highest precision. A hydraulic overload protection device is integrated within the slide, with a protection stroke of ≥25mm and a reset time of ≤3 minutes, ensuring absolute safety for the die and the press.

The machine is equipped with an adjustable single-chamber air cushion. The cushion has its own stroke adjustment mechanism and comes with a high-pressure air tank, which helps to minimize impact, reduce operating noise, and extend the equipment's lifespan.
