⚙️ Multi-station Transmission Mechanism

The machine adopts a two-level gear transmission and adds a set of idler mechanisms in the middle. This design enlarges the interval between the pressure spots, significantly increasing its capacity to bear the eccentric loads produced by multi-station and progressive dies. It also helps lower the press's overall height, making the structure more compact and saving factory space. This design is ideal for wide work tables and multi-station dies.

🔄 High-Torque Wet Clutch

The oil-immersed, multi-disc wet clutch offers high torque, long service life, and is unaffected by wear. Its low-inertia design allows for sensitive start/stop and stable engagement. It permits frequent intermittent work, making it suitable for continuous line operation. Furthermore, the clutch is pollution-free with low noise, conforming to environmental requirements.

🧭 Eight-surface Full-guideway Guiding

The slide utilizes an eight-surface full-guideway system, giving the press a stronger resistance to eccentric loads, small side forces, high precision, and excellent long-term precision retentivity.

💨 Specialized Die Cushions

Optional multi-section air cushions, specially designed for multi-station stamping, can be equipped. The cushion force is large while the volume is compact, accommodating different step distances. They feature a long service life, high precision, quick action response, and small pressure fluctuations. The pressure of each cushion can be adjusted independently.
