The GRC press series is specifically designed for high-speed stamping applications that demand superior precision and stability. The machine body is a one-piece casting of high-strength cast iron, which has been stress-relieved to absorb vibration and ensure dimensional accuracy during operation. A forced thin oil circulating lubrication system minimizes thermal deformation. The machine employs a classic three-round-post guide structure (two guide posts + one large center post) with special alloy copper sleeves, replacing the traditional slide plate design to minimize friction and allow for durable high-speed performance.
