The IHI BU-R Series lubrication divider is the heart of the "Single End Line" automatic lubrication system. It is a progressive distributor, designed to receive high-pressure grease (or oil) from a pump (like the IHI SK-505 or SKA-214) and distribute it precisely and sequentially to each lubrication point.

The structure of the BU-R includes multiple pistons internally. The key to this technology is that the pistons must operate in a predetermined, sequential order. Piston #2 can only operate after piston #1 has completed its stroke, and so on. This creates a self-monitoring system, ensuring that no lubrication point is missed. If one point becomes blocked, the entire system stops, allowing for immediate fault detection.
✨Key Features of the BU-R Series
1. Progressive Operation
Ensures 100% of points are lubricated in sequence. If one point is blocked, the entire cycle stops, making fault detection and diagnosis easy.
2. Precise Discharge Volume
Each outlet provides a fixed amount of grease/oil of 0.3 cm³ per cycle, ensuring uniform and accurate lubrication, not too much, not too little.
3. Operation Indicator
An indicator pin extends/retracts with each pump cycle, allowing visual monitoring that the divider is working (the BU-M version integrates a switch for electrical monitoring).
4. Multiple Outlet Ports
Offers 4 main models: BU-4R, BU-6R, BU-8R, and BU-12R, corresponding to 4, 6, 8, and 12 outlets, easy to select for different machinery systems.
