The KOSMEK AC Series air hydraulic pump is the "Large Flow Rate" version, designed for hydraulic systems requiring faster oil filling speeds and shorter operating cycles. Similar to the AB series, the AC pump is a reciprocating plunger type booster pump, using standard workshop compressed air to generate extremely high hydraulic pressure (up to 64.7 MPa).
Although it consumes more compressed air (1.0 Nm³/min) than the compact AB series, the AC Series offers superior discharge flow rates, ideal for high-performance applications. The pump retains the smart energy-saving mechanism: automatically stopping when the set pressure is reached and only restarting when the pressure drops.

⚙️Operating Principle
The AC pump operates based on the principle of reciprocating plunger pressure intensification, similar to the AB series:

- Air Supply & Compression: Compressed air (PA Port) pushes the air piston, which in turn pushes the hydraulic plunger to compress oil and generate high pressure (PH Port).
- Reversal & Suction: The integrated air directional valve automatically reverses, the piston moves back, sucking oil from the tank into the compression chamber.
- Automatic Stop (Pressure Holding): The compression and suction process repeats. When the output hydraulic pressure balances with the input air pressure (according to the intensification ratio), the piston automatically stops. The pump consumes no energy while holding pressure.
