The GK series adopts a knuckle-joint mechanism that provides a naturally low speed and dwell near BDC to generate very high peak force, suppress springback and refine surface finish—ideal for coining, sizing, cold extrusion and warm forging. Models GK-400…GK-1600 use a one-piece rigid frame (very large sizes use split frames) with PLC control. Standard equipment includes electric die-height with 0.01 mm resolution, centralized circulating lubrication, slide/bolster balancing, mechanical lower knock-out and overload protection. Depending on size, the press is fitted with an integrated wet clutch/brake or a separate dry friction unit, and large models support inverter speed control.
