The HFP series is purpose-built for warm/hot forging and related operations such as hot sizing/straightening and hot trimming. The short die-contact time limits heat flow into the dies, extending die life and reducing thermal distortion. A rigid welded box frame delivers minimal deflection and stable guidance at elevated temperatures. Standard equipment includes PLC, 0.01 mm electric die height, centralized automatic lubrication, slide/bolster balancing, hydraulic overload protection and a hydraulic lower ejector. The drivetrain uses a separate dry friction clutch/brake for fast engagement under heavy thermal duty. Models ≥1000T support inverter speed control (optional on ≤800T).
