Sandsun VA06 is a series of hydraulic overload protectors (pneumatic type) specifically designed for small and medium-sized press machines with a capacity of under 200 tons. The device acts as a hydraulic "fuse", protecting expensive press components and the die set immediately upon an overload occurrence.

When the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder exceeds the set level, the VA06's overload valve will open within 3/1000 seconds to discharge oil, dissipating the excess stamping force. Simultaneously, the system will send an emergency stop signal to the press machine. Once the problem is resolved, the pneumatically driven hydraulic pump will automatically recharge the pressure, allowing the machine to be ready for operation quickly.
