Youngrim's NC Roll Feeder Zigzag series is a standalone feeding device, specially designed for one goal: to maximize material utilization (save scrap).

Unlike conventional feeders that only feed forward, the Zigzag series uses AC Servo motors to perform both movements: feeding forward and moving laterally (left-right). This process is easily programmed via the Touch Panel, allowing parts (especially round shapes) to be stamped in a nested pattern, significantly reducing the amount of scrap.

The machine is specialized for materials with thicknesses from 0.3mm to 2.3mm.
