Youngrim's NC Zigzag Feeder is a specialized system designed to maximize material utilization. In stamping production, especially when blanking round or irregularly shaped parts, scrap accounts for a very large proportion, causing a waste of material costs. Youngrim's NC Zigzag Feeding System is specially designed to solve this problem, helping to maximize material utilization.

This device is an NC feeding system that, in addition to its forward feeding capability (by AC Servo Motor), also has the ability to move laterally (left-right). This travel distance is easily controlled via a Touch Panel. As a result, the die can stamp parts alternately on the material strip, minimizing scrap to the maximum extent.

This system is designed to be integrated and operate synchronously with Youngrim's main NC Leveller Feeder lines, including the YNLF H, M, S, and E Series.
